Removal

Full RAMS and Health and Safety compliance documentation required for removal of cranes on site

  • Removal Deadline: Onsite – TBA. Gloucestershire – Wednesday 24 April 2024. Please contact Kevin Smyth, ksmyth@hilcoglobal.eu of Hilco
  • Collection is only permitted once agreed and a paid in full invoice has been received
  • Where a third party has been organised to collect lots, please ensure that they are aware of the lot numbers being collected and the relevant buyer number
  • Loading will be charged at £100 plus VAT per trailer to be invoiced by Bennetts, for in storage equipment
  • For all lots being exported outside of the sale country, third party proof of delivery must be received immediately after shipment
    Acceptable proof of delivery: Shipping Invoice, Bill of Lading (original needed), CMR (original needed)
  • For exporting purposes, please be advised that VAT is charged on the hammer price and is to be paid prior to shipment. Any VAT paid on the hammer price will be refunded once Hilco receives the necessary export documents
  • Buyers are liable for any additional costs involved in preparing lots for shipment
  • The Buyer and or their removal contractor must supply their own transport for collection of lots. Site attendance for the duration of the removal process to be confirmed and agreed in advance with Bennetts the site owners

  • Anyone attending site will be required to wear the relevant PPE workwear including Hi-Viz Vest/Jacket and Safety Footwear

  • Buyer’s Premium of 10% will be applicable to this sale
  • VAT at 20% will be added to the total price and Buyer’s Premium. Purchasers from overseas should note that the VAT on the Buyer’s Premium is not recoverable
  • All payments must be cleared in our account by Friday 12 April 2024, 3pm BST
  • All Lots must be collected dependent on location of cranes. Please contact Kevin Smyth, ksmyth@hilcoglobal.eu of Hilco
  • All persons arriving on site must report to the entrance and complete the signing in procedure book
  • These sites are full PPE area and everyone must comply whilst the site is designated as such. PPE worn must comply with all relevant Method Statements. Anyone not found wearing his/her PPE will be required to leave the site, if in doubt assistance must be sought from the site Supervisor
