On the instructions of Andrew Pear and Milan Vuceljic of Moorfields Advisory Limited, joint administrators of Bromham Biogas Limited.

We are instructed to offer for sale the business and assets of Bromham Biogas Limited. The Company’s AD facility, which commenced operations in 2017, generates upgraded biomethane gas as well as electricity which is supplied to the respective national power grids. The plant has a biogas production capacity of 35 GWh of bio-methane. The salient details are as follows:

Digester plant incudes two Trioliet feeders, two 5,000m3 digester tanks, a post-digester combi bag, UniFLare biogas flare.
Aprovis skid desulphurisation unit and Thyson Technology grid entry unit.
GE Jenbacher CHP 499 kWe with Stamford generator.
Renewable Heat Incentives (RHI) and Renewable Obligation Certificate (ROC) accreditations available for transfer with the plant.
The facility, extending to 4 acres (1.6 hectares), is held on a lease expiring in March 2042 at a current rent of c.£100,000 per annum (subject to indexation).
Existing feedstock and operating contracts in place.
Scope, with plans already produced, to scale operations (subject to securing appropriate consents).
Income for the year ended 30^th September 2023 c.£5m.
