Company Infrastructure and Assets – The proven company systems and procedures, together with a fully equipped leasehold office and associated tangible assets.
Properties – The various real estate assets held directly and via subsidiary companies.
Intellectual Property – The established brand name, domain names, copyright in the website content, and databases of clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Goodwill – The valuable goodwill attaching to the business.
