Hilco Streambank was appointed by Ben Woodthorpe and Simon Jagger of ReSolve Advisory Limited, the Joint Administrators of Rosnes Limited (in Administration) and its subsidiary Smartlifeinc Limited (in Administration) to solicit offers for Smartlife’s assets, including the Companies extensive wearable technology-related intellectual property assets. The Smartlife technology focussed on developing next generation patented and externally validated wearable technology that could be applied across various high value markets including Sports, Military & Blue Light and Medical.
We conducted a comprehensive sales and marketing exercise, reached out to possible buyers with a marketing teaser, produced inventories of the tangible and intangible assets and shared the Smartlife opportunity on our website.
Following several offers being received, we successfully completed a deal with the highest bidder and coordinated a swift completion.
